- Xon Construction specialise in renovations. Renovations require more problem-solving, better management and higher skill levels as homes can often be more than sixty years old.
- Yes! In fact, we prefer to do the design & build ourselves as it helps keep the building process seamless and is easier to manage
- Keeping the design & build process in-house also helps to keep costs down
- At Xon Construction, we work with some of Perth’s best interior designers and architects. Which means we can work closely with you to design the exact home you’ve always wanted
- The planning duration will depend on the required individual Council regulations & approvals, as well as the complexity of the design
- This process usually takes between four to eight months. This is from our initial meeting to when building starts
- Owner-builder Jason will stay in regular contact with you via telephone, email or text to advise you on how the build is progressing
- Xon Construction is in the process of procuring building software to keep our clients continually updated on progress – at just the click of a button
- At Xon Construction, we offer a defect walk-through three months after you have moved into your new home
- This is when you can raise any issues that may have arisen
- As an extra bonus, we also bring your painter with us to complete any touch- ups that may need fixing from the moving-in process
- One year. However, our clients’ happiness is important to us, so we are flexible on this time period

- We are happy to provide cost estimates at no charge
- However, if you require an in-depth quote, this will incur a fee. Detailed quotes take a great deal of time to put together
- If our quote is successful, this fee will be deducted from the cost of the job
- We only accept three building projects at a time, providing you with the best quality service possible. This allows for thorough project management and supervision, with no oversights
- Our owner-builder is highly qualified, with a degree in Construction Management & Economics and a Diploma in Building & Construction
- Our team is incredibly passionate about building the very best quality homes on the market. We keep abreast of all the latest industry building techniques, practices & trends, and this is reflected in our design & builds
- Our building process is personal. You liaise directly with Xon Construction’s owner-builder during the entire course of the build, and are free to contact him at any time
- Once built, our handover process includes:
- A final walk-through of your new home together to go through any questions you may have
- We will also give you any supplier information or product warranties at this time
- You’re free to move in!
- Our first meeting will be all about planning, so we will need:
- Your budget estimate
- An idea of what it is you are after
- Any design images you feel inspired by. The more details you can bring to our first meeting, the better!
- This helps to work out what it is you want, what it is you can afford, and adjust accordingly so you are within budget
- Xon Construction offer a generous ten year structural warranty. The industry standard in Perth is normally six years
